WARRANTY POLICY

Firstly, Fomax guarantee all the tempered glass screen protectors are inspected by QC department before shipping. And we use a proper packing solution to pack the goods well. We always try to clear and solve all the possible issue in our factory.

In any case if customer find some product/ quality issues, please contact customer service or sales and allow us to resolve any issues regarding defective items before giving Fomax a negative review. Customer’s satisfaction is our number one priority!

If you believe you have received a problem item in the bulk of the order, please contact us and provide us photos of videos of the item. This allows us to address the issue to the production and we could find in which part goes wrong and helping us to improve also. And we will response within 2 working days. Upon confirmation, we will gladly send replacement to you.

This policy is only valid for quality problems of Fomax tempered glass.

Defection caused by any other incidents, including mis-installation, damage caused by the user, or misuse or mishandling of product, can not be applied for this warranty.

Situations not covered Fomax Warranty.

1. Normal wear and tear of product use
2.  Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use
3.  Use of the Fomax tempered glass rather than for its intended purpose
4.  Damage caused by improper or un-authorized repair or maintenance
5.  Product that has been modified or altered.
